    Our online somatic movement classes are individualised to suit the client. In these virtual sessions, participants engage in guided movement practices aimed at increasing body awareness, releasing tension, and improving overall well-being.

    These classes involve gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, suitable for all fitness levels, ages 18+, to help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and return to equilibrium. Led by experienced instructors via our MCM online platforms, these classes offer the convenience of practicing from home, using plant-infused therapies, while receiving professional somatic movement guidance and support.

    Plant-infused therapies involve the use of plants and their derivatives, to promote healing and well-being.

    Through inhalation or ingestion, plant-infused therapies harness the therapeutic properties of plants to address various physical, emotional, and mental health concerns.

    They are used in our somatic movement classes to support relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain, enhance mood, and boost overall vitality.

  • Workshops | Endocannabiniod System

    Workshops on the endocannabinoid system provide education and insight into the body's complex network of cannabinoid receptors and neurotransmitters.
